just me....think I got 13 or 15, just coming off an elbow injury
just doing some legs, nothing fancy
doing some seated rows..........

I only got 3 on each arm, but I did manage more earlier in my workout and got a couple 40's
50 lb bb, just trying to show shoulder vascularity
